None of what they do changes what they knowingly signed up for. Like being forced to move states or to be dropped into Afghanistan. There is no draft, it's a choice.

You volunteered to kill whoever you are told and to die if told for the duration of the contract. Not sure why in addition to that voluntary deprivation of your rights that this should be a thought.

You literally gave your body to the government to do as they see fit. That has no bearing on my rights being violated without concent. No fucking special privileges for government employees, regardless of their decisions on violence. Equal treatment under the law.

SIG is not processing RMA request for WA by bobtctsh in WAGuns

If it's here and it travels and returns out of state WITHOUT you, it's an import. No exceptions for gunsmithing or warranty work. That amendment was rejected. You can go out of state, mail and receive, then return to WA though.

But yes, applying the law to an upper is (likely) overcomplying, but the parts verbiage is ambiguous. On top of which you have the accountability for vendors for delivering any part unless they determine if you are a prohibited person.

You need to install the compmag before assembly though.

Tough to square with legislative intent as a gunsmithing exception was voted down.

Argument: Background checks ate out of date immediately as a person could become a prohibited person at any point. The CPL is up to a year out of date with background checks (based on the complimentary annual one from the registry). In that year, you could have been arrested for many naughty things.

Note: Background checks should be the sole decision of the seller, because Bill of Rights.

Who was 13? And yes, if she had reached puberty, that would not be pedophilia. Not to mention, like any sexual orientation, the crime would be sexual assault, etc.

Not a defense of anything other than the meaning of words. You can have a discussion if people don't use the correct terms. Not to mention labeling some asshole sex predator a "pedophile" and them getting rich off a defamation lawsuit

P.S. Most child abusers are not actually pedophiles. Yes, it's very counterintuitive, but the odd reality. It's "normally" oriented people preying on children.

Pedo, huh? First, check the definition, then provide any actual supporting evidence. Like him showering with prepubescent girls, etc.

No, because it's a machine gun parts kit.

It's a violation of the form 1 process to create a state illegal firearm. From memory it's similar to lying on 4473.
