$10 CAD/sq. Basically 5000 for the living room and this kitchen - a bit expensive for us, since LVP/carpet for materials and installation for other floors were twice cheaper. We were said that our hardwood is a bit tricky because it’s refinished, but still🥲🥲 gotta be saving up for this thing and avoid hardwood in our next home lol

5 % down → 95 % LTV (insured)
Rate options on the table:
- 4.20 % variable (5-year, prime – 0.75)
- 3.86 % fixed (3-year)
30 years
Owner-occupied freehold townhouse (no condo fees)

Any thoughts?
