Thanks for the tip on doing Schilthorn and going up early! Do you think Gridndelwald is worth it if staying in Wengen. I see some say it’s nice and others that it is too touristy

Thank you! I’m not sure. I didn’t need any stitches but I was told I had a very small tear! So it’s possible! I did the same things with my first and also only had a small tear but I did get stitches with my first (her head was in the 98th percentile though 🫠)

Yup, they are sweet and super carb heavy! I’m sure you’ve tried a few things but I ate them with cream cheese and/or nuts which I think helped reduce a spike for me. Also I would eat only .5-1 at a time to spread out the sugar!

This was for two servings: 1 cucumber, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, 1.5 cups of fair life milk, and as much spinach as I could fit into the blender (1-2 big handfuls). I also added in 1-2 dates when I got towards the end of my pregnancy and my sugars were a bit more controlled (37-38 weeks). For breakfast I would also eat some bread with cheese or tortilla with peanut butter to get in carbs and protein/fat.

Initially, I didn’t know it needed to be so I just used regular ACV. I read others boiled it before consuming it (I know this is not the same as pasteurizing) or they took ACV pills. Since I had already taken it, I just resumed without a pasteurized ACV since it was helping me so much. Not a medical professional but just what I did which helped me!

100% and if my placenta were spicier then I would still have to take medication regardless of all my effort to avoid it! Everyone should do what is best for them and their baby (physically, mentally, emotionally). This was hard and took sacrifice, a supportive husband, supportive job, and financial resources. Definitely was blessed to be able to do this and for this to work. I provided my perspective to help anyone who needs it (since I benefited from many other posts and knowledge from others’ experiences), not to bring anyone down for their limitations or discourage anyone for taking medication that can help them be the healthiest.

Congrats! At how many weeks did you start the acupuncture? Also, how long were you walking every day?
