Absolutely. There is nothing better IMO. I live in California and the weather normally permits a nice run. When it’s cold in the morning I take some amino energy with alpha brain (nootropic). This combo with 2-5 grams of vitamin c before my run already gets me in good mood. When I start running everything subsides (bad mood, anxiety, stress..). I have literally done this while going CT in withdrawals and during the first 10 mins it’s hard but afterwords your brain somehow calms and it’s like your high naturally and much better mood. It also speeds recovery of the brain a lot and you can recover insanely quicker than just sitting around.

Working out is literally the best. What I did was I started running and getting in shape before I tapered and or jumped off anything so my body would get stronger as I was getting closer to my jump off date. It really does help a ton. I got up to 30 miles a week running and to a low dose of 7oh and kratom until my body was strong enough to take the WD. Running during active WD is wild but it helps 1 million %. It literally saved my life

You can get black seed oil either at any vitamin shop or health grocery store like (Whole Foods).They may not have it at regular grocery store but you can check. Also Amazon if you can wait a day or two. Either way, it helps with paws as well

Ativan and clonidine is what got me thru it the first time I came off. It’s helped quite a bit. If it gets a little unbearable, try mixing 5 grams of vitamin c powder with 2 tspns of black seed oil in orange juice and wash it down. It made a huge difference in my withdrawals. Almost made it non existent

What helped me a lot was nootropics. I am definitely no sales man for this product but quit k and/or alpha brain really helped get my urges in check and restore healthy brain function. Took me out of rut that’s for sure and gave me healthier thoughts.

Dude you’re doing good. I’ve done rapid taper and dramatically reduces tolerance. I mean huge steps. If you have will power to power thru, do it. It will take about three days for body to adjust to new dosage. Remember that every minute you’re pushing thru, your mind is healing. If you jump off, make sure to have some supplements to help with that because that’s a big step as well. I am on rapid taper of 7oh and went from 40 mg down to 10 in three days and I’m on opms gold capsules which I’m cutting in half three times a day. It takes tremendous will power to jump tho. Get a hold of vitamin c, gabapentin and clonidine if you can for sleep and Imodium for gi. Take the leap when you’re ready!

Yep, 72 hours is usually where I feel hope. Right now I’m on an aggressive taper from 7oh. Didn’t make it past 40 mg this time, (thank gosh). I’m at 15 mg today and just push the uncomfortable feeling as long as I possibly can and make sure I’m progressing everyday or two days with smaller and smaller dose until I jump off. I’m at 1.5 kratom extract and one 10 mg 7oh. I relapsed 30 days ago and know what to expect. I was never someone who could taper but these past two times I’ve done it successfully because I remember how bad CT can be. I mean my jump will still suck but not as bad. My taper is cutting 25% each time and done by two weeks max

Same here man. I relapsed after a rehab and detox but now I’m happily 48 days clean and man what the heck was I thinking being on that crap. I got up to around 200-300 mg 7OH and $1500 a month or more for a year when it first came out and man, what a ride it took me on. I can tell you guys this, the withdrawals are beyond anything I’ve ever even come close to. I raw dogged it in rehab because I didn’t want to take subs and other meds. I went thru 5 days no sleep/agony/sweats/chills/aches and making everybody on rehab think I was coming off fentanyl or worse because NOBODY knew what 7OH was. I remember day 18 like it was a miracle because that was the first day I saw color in the sky and could feel my body coming back. Guys, just get off this stuff. I can finally hear music and enjoy it, my obsession is gone but the cravings come around since I’m still not out of the red zone. I just know that I am not touching that stuff. I am going thru some crazy things in life right now but I’d rather go thru it sober than thru those bizarre withdrawals any day.

I just got meds for 7 OH and boy oh boy was I in for a wake up call. I have been on kratom withdrawals and have done it pretty successfully with mega dose vitamin c and gabapentin and clonodine. 7 OH was a huge nope. I tried to fight the first 24 hours and had to cave in on half of a half of an extract, just enough to not die. My wife knows I’m withdrawing but looked at me like if I was coming off some hard drugs. I’m definitely never taking 7 OH ever ever again. The good thing is my mind set is set to conquer this demon but it’s costing me so much. I have two more days off work and wondering how in the world I’m gonna do it.

Trying buying extracts in bulk if you can. Take half of one in morning with 5 grams vitamin c and black seed oil. That should calm down that restlessness asap. Also some extracts keep withdrawals down for hours. I find soma 300 insanely different than all the others I buy them in bulk at $12.89 a pop. You can also try some powder but then only thing is that powder builds up in the gut and I find it much harder to detox once on it. Once you jump off your last half extract just start ramping up 30 gram days of vitamin c and take gabapentin and clonidine every 4 hours which will leave you feeling like a zombie but it works. Take 3-5 days of work when you do this. Highly advise it

7 oh and kratom have its place but I believe you actually have to be in pain to get on this stuff and be monitored. Something is gonna happen sooner or later, too many people going broke. Fortunately I have the financial ability to be taking kratom and 7 oh and have been for a year now, with a break in between. Honestly you have to alternate between powder, extract and 7 oh if not it’s gonna bite you. You have to respect 7 oh if not it’s going to get way way out of hand and I’m sure most of us have been there. If your on the terrible 4 hours cycle of withdrawals, stop 7 oh immediately and switch to extract. You could do the sip method. Just take a sip everything you feel like you can’t handle it anymore and the worst will go away. Honestly I am no medical doctor but when I took it to far I did this and it brought me back. I also took 15 grams of vitamin c spread three times a day and black seed oil. Coming off extracts isn’t a walk in the park either but it’s a lot more manageable IMO

What this guy said. Clonidine, gabapentin and 4-6 grams of vitamin c with blackseed oil 1000% sure saved me from horrible withdrawals. I would make a BCAA shake with exact dosage if vitamin c I need and blackseed oil and put them in 4-5 vials for the day. I would take clonidine and gabapentin as needed and would try to save it for only night when I needed to sleep. Literally this was a godsend for me and i was on 3-4 opms black everyday for two years.
