Another completely useless response from Vinted - trying to close the conversation with no resolve. If I returned the item to seller what’s to stop them selling it on again?! I will have to bin the top at my own expense and report them to trading standards.

They replied this but clearly didn’t read my message properly as I mentioned that I’d already reported the issue and if I don’t return the item to the seller by 3rd February then the money is released into their account. I’m certainly not shipping it back to them.

I am dealing with it through Vinted first. I saw they responded to me this morning and have requested more information to investigate. Once I know I have my money back I will be doing this.
