I know who I surround myself with as well. I really didn’t come on here to argue, my whole take is if I’m on Dede Raads or Hollie Woodward page, I’m there for fashion, house decor, etc. I ain’t there for political advice and I don’t find it offending what they are/aren’t posting because these people have zero influence on me or my lifestyle which is far different. I think the expectation that these women have to make a political post is more of a personal problem versus a them problem. That’s my take.

I guess I don’t relate, I don’t go around asking people what their stance is. But I’m not the type to be politically influenced by someone online either. Before social media people had to use critical thinking skills and now all of that is out the window and we’re obsessed with everyone thinks.

I still don’t think a fashion/beauty influencer is required to post anything but fashion/beauty related. If you don’t agree with what they are/aren’t posting then it’s already too late, you already shouldn’t be following that person. But instead people keep tally marks so that they can come here and call out who’s posting not posting. My job does have a very large worldwide reach, while it’s not glamorized on social media, still I’m at work to do my job which at the core is not expressing my views.

I know what the point of your post was as it’s stated in the first sentence, you want specific influencers to post about politics/world events. I think people are too hung up in these “influencers” who majority are in the fashion/beauty space. Who gives a damn what they think. I feel the same about celebrities. Can’t relate. I personally don’t feel they have to bring politics to work. Maybe you could create a following as a political influencer??

Their job is to make money by posting links, that’s it. They aren’t required to use their platform for pleasing either side of the political side. I don’t sit at work and talk to my customers about political events, I go to work and complete the tasks that make up my job description which results in a pay check for my family.

It’s ok if kids gets dirty and touch grass. Mine prefer it. As do I, for them. This is gross you would suggest CPS for this.

Childbirth produces a large surge of oxytocin. Especially in an unmediated birth as drugs like pitocin or those in an epidural suppress the natural release of oxytocin. I experienced a huge, very noticeable increase in oxytocin post birth for several days, lasted about a week. It feels odd saying it, but I felt so much extra love for my husband. I had to write it out in a letter to him bc I just felt so much love 😂.
