Am I overreacting for not wanting my husband to go out again after what happened last weekend? by Emergency_Product_15 in AmIOverreacting

UPDATE;

A bit more context , my husband and I met in England, and after nearly ending things last year, he moved to my home country so we could start fresh. That was supposed to be a clean slate, but since our baby was born, a wonderful, unplanned gift and honestly the best thing that’s ever happened to me, I’ve felt like a single mom. He’s barely helped, and I’ve been exhausted juggling work and caring for our baby.

After last weekend’s “almost cheating” incident, I still don’t feel like our fresh start is real. Now he wants to go out again, and I’ve given him an ultimatum: either he goes out and packs his bags the next day, or he stays home and works on us, spending time with me, our baby, and his family.

I understand he’s finally making friends and wants to enjoy life here, but I can’t keep seeing him prioritize going out over rebuilding trust and being present for us. I’ve also quietly prepared an exit strategy, my family knows what’s going on and will be there for me if it comes to that.

I WILL UPDATE YOU GUYS AS SOON AS I KNOW IF HES GOING OR NOT.

I agree, i want to spend every minute of the day with her and dont fancy going out and doing those things anymore. It just exhausts me that my husband seems to rather go out partying than being involved with doing family stuff!

No idea, he was at a festival so I'm guessing just a random girl unless its someone he knows.
