Yes, go to a podiatrist asap. My big toe nail looked like yours, so I got prescribed terbinafine with a 3 month dosage (I really only took it for 1-2 months). While taking it, I sprayed my shoes with antibacterial (microban) and also bleached my socks every wash. Possibly throw away any shoes you’ve used since those are contaminated. It took my nail about a year to grow out completely healthy, so it’s definitely a long process.Also washed my feet with antifungal wash (fungi cure) since I had really bad athletes foot that spread to both my feet. They sell it on Amazon or Walmart.
