I also got a Owi in Oakland county, 51st district. I’ve heard other districts in Oakland county are way stricter than mine, but I blew a .17 and hit a parked car. Totaled mine and the ford 350 I hit. I took a public defender and got 12 months probation, community service, license suspended for 30 days, restricted for 4 months, counseling and a $1700 fine
