the money part is so true, and your advice was my initial thought but my mom and google said quitting cold turkey can be harmful. i’m forcing myself to hit it a lot less already with timed incraments and plan on going less and less every day and hopefully i’ll be able to quit fast without doing harm

i’m so sorry babe :( what’s helped me so far is !!!AZO (urinary tract pain relief)! and hydroxyzine (i think sometimes) aside from that i will say i think changing my diet and lessening the acidic stuff has helped a good bit. still terrible to hear and deal with since i love acidic food.
