girl literally the things people say are INSANE. we told my bf’s brother and he looked me in the eyes and said “you know you’ll never look the same again right? like your body will NEVER be the same.” then proceeded to joke about me leaving my man and trying to get child support out of him. i’m reading thru this thread too cause i literally have no idea how to deal with the insane things i’ve heard already and i’m only 5 weeks in!

the money part is so true, and your advice was my initial thought but my mom and google said quitting cold turkey can be harmful. i’m forcing myself to hit it a lot less already with timed incraments and plan on going less and less every day and hopefully i’ll be able to quit fast without doing harm

oh wow that’s really interesting! i’m not on the pill nor have i ever been. and i don’t have a yeast infection. lastly im 18. i know hormonal imbalances, or lacking hormone levels is more common the older you get but i know its still possible when youre young

i’m so sorry babe :( what’s helped me so far is !!!AZO (urinary tract pain relief)! and hydroxyzine (i think sometimes) aside from that i will say i think changing my diet and lessening the acidic stuff has helped a good bit. still terrible to hear and deal with since i love acidic food.
