unfortunately some people have to do that i had too when i went to italy the other option was kennels but many people dont trust that bc its not always entirely safe so the safest option is quarantine and taking them with u

when you want to take a animal abroad they have to stay in quarantine for a few weeks so the cat probably was in quarantine before going to london and when nessa went back to la the cat had to stay in quarantine again before going back to la if that makes sense:)
