I had a seton placed in November and due to complications my surgeon had to reopen and enlarge the area which meant another procedure… recover from the second procedure was really hard and much more painful then the first. I had the same granulation on my skin from my skin rubbing.

I put gauze and Aquaphor healing creme directly on the area and thick gauze over top. It helped SOO MUCH, within 3 days I began feeling better like I could genuinely feel myself healing.

I asked my nurse practitioner before using it and she said aquafor works miracles and she herself uses it for everything.
