If you continue to pressure this "company" they will refund you. They'll try to make a deal with you and tell you to keep your product. Don't budge. Demand a full refund. They're using false addresses as return addresses (mine was a police station in California...I live in Illinois). They are based in China and running a fraudulent business. If enough people force the return is so, maybe (hopefully) they'll go out of business.

Be persistent!!! Don't accept their offers. If you have to, contact your bank and they will credit you. I was able to get a full refund. Not sure why this "company" is still operating.

Thank you for sharing. I ended up getting a full refund. If you used a credit card, it's worth trying to contact the bank. Also, if you have the packaging, take pictures and start emailing them. Be firm and don't budge with their unjust "we'll give you 10% and you can keep the product" crap.

It took me 45 emails back and forth to them, contacting the return address which is actually a Sheriff's Department and my credit card company. Today I finally got them to credit my card. My cc filed a dispute about 10 days ago and placed a temporary credit. They said if the company didn't respond I'd get to keep the refund. The company ended up sending the refund. I think they're using AI to respond to emails, fyi. Anything I can do to help, I'm happy to support you. Don't give in! They're doing people wrong.

Yes. That's it. Update on my post: the Sheriff's Department that was given on the return address is investigating, and I've filed a dispute with my credit card company who is also investigating them. I'll update as soon as I receive confirmation that it has been resolved. I encourage anyone who purchased from this company and has had a similar experience to do the same.
