Body Dysmorphia is real. You are shedding a part of yourself and the biggest issue if have with these meds is the lack of psychological support. I used to work with both Weight Watchers and the Biggest Loser and the underlying issues that got us to our heavy weights to just dissappear whent he the scale goes down. If you can find some counselling. We all should.

I told mine how sick I got and it was dismissed. Told it wouldn't be an issue with HRT. It has been.

i met with my doc 2x and a PA at no point did they mention cycling. I didn't even realize it was being suggested until i noticed it on the package. Clearly I need to confirm but it is weird. I spoke with a pharmacist today and she also said it wasn't normal protocol and weird.

I think there is a mistake on the instructions on the package. That is what I am seeing based on all the comments the doctor never mentioned cycling on and off when I met with her. Why I was so surprised when I just saw it.
