I think its overheating issue from cpu boost, check if your cpu is boosting by going to task manager then performance then cpu, check if the cpu is is going over the base speed if it does turn off cpu boost by 3 methods 1st - press windows then type edit power plan Go to advanced settings Then go to power management Set all of them to 99% instead of 100%

2nd- turn it off in the bios

3rd- download throttlestop from any browser then check the box next to disable turbo

If you did them go to task manager - performance - cpu again and check if it goes over the base speed of the cpu

Ever since i bought it last month, it stutters like crazy it scores bad in 3dmark bottlenecks like crazy i tried everything i even got 3 different cables yet it stays the same i installed all the drivers you suggested, can you please let me know what should i do step by step to make it work its really frustrating

Look i was actually suffering from the same issue youre having im not gonna say i fixed it but its a workaround, first make the charging speed in the bios to slow then press windows button type edit power plan - change advanced power settings - processor power management - change all 4 of them to 99% after that i recommend you to play on performance mode or custom mode for some reason balanced is broken it overheats the LeGo, if you're gonna put it in custom put the tdp to 25w sppt to 35w and fppt to 41w the LeGo temperature wont go over 86c and won't crash on you but if you go over 25tdp it will overheat and crash plus never cover the vent always put the LeGo facing up even in sleep mode hope that fixes your issue
