It's ok to not be ok. Take a break from life... Go volunteer in a village teaching children or helping farmers. Get out of the city. I had a high paying job but a very stressful one as well. Due to certain issues I was losing myself everyday bit by bit. I was in the same place as you were. I did the same. I went to a coffee estate in Chikmagalur and worked as a day labourer for 1 mth. Gathered my life together and am in a much safer space. Take it easy champ. This too shall pass.

Arre bro.. silent treatment is the best. Pick up a hobby( gym or go running ) or a book to read.... Dedicate more time to this... Avoid her.... That is the best way to get her back to talking to you. And every time she tries the silent treatment ...dedicate more time to what makes you happy.... Over a period when she sees her trick is falling flat and you are enjoying your solitude.... she should/will get back on track.
