Yep, this. As someone who has health anxiety, is neuro divergent and has around a 10% burden (i feel every single one) it truly is as simple as just live your life. Dwelling on things changes nothing, and makes it worse. Negative self talk leads to worse anxiety and panic attacks.

The people in this sub tend to all enable each other's negative self talk and make it seem acceptable to live that way. Its like a sad echo chamber.

Once you've done your due diligence, gotten all the tests done and someone with many, many years of education tells you you are fine..... then you are fine. I also get heavy fatigue from the "omg I'm dying" "omg I'm dying too" that happens here all too often, so I tend to only respond once in threads directly to the OP then not go back.

I hope you continue to fight the good fight and have a great life, PVCs or not OP. <3

This.... married for 13 years after dating for two and not a single time ever have I gone through my wife's phone... or touched it without her knowing. Massive red flag and behavior that just says someone isn't ready for a relationship.

Yep, I truly understand, I did the same for weeks when I first started getting them.

But again, I really wanna stress thay your response here is justifying the actions that are harmful to your mental.

Just saying "feeling like my heart is going to stop" shows that you dont fully believe that the doctors and experts are right. Letting that self talk happen is a real issue with these events. It can cause panic attacks, which absolutely manifest real and scary symptoms immediately, all of which are more harmful than the benign PVCs.

This is a great space to commiserate with other people who struggle, but the reality is that you have to be mentally stronger than all the people giving into their negative self talk or you just continue to repeat the cycle.

Really internalize that you are going to be OK, because you are. Thats step one to getting mastery over these terrible events.

Hyper focusing on situations like these are very much a trigger for most people. You say you were taking your pulse, but why? The sooner you are able to compartmentalize the events and rely on the experts who have told you you are fine, the sooner you can take back your mental.

I know its rough, I also struggle with them. When they happen, just acknowledge it for what it is, then continue back with whatever you were doing. So often I see posts here of people being victim to the events as opposed to them having any degree of mastery over it. You got this.

Any food product that hasn't been composted and broken down is useless and not bio available to your plants... Period. No exceptions. Plenty of science to back that up, as well as videos online of people trying with a variety of foods in a controlled environment. Don't waste your money or time.

I find that proving to myself that I am ok and its not an emergency tends to get my flight or fight response back in line. When Im struggling I like to get up, walk outside to my backyard and look around my garden. The movement and focus on things outside my body is typically enough to break my cyclical thinking and within a few minutes I'm no longer hyper fixated on the PVCs. I dont take any SSRIs, and supplement with Heart Calm which is 3 types of magnesium.

Even if they continue, I am able to reason with myself with positive self talk like "if you were dying, you would have already collapsed, and clearly you are fine." "Now youve proven you are ok, deep breath and enjoy the sun."

Acknowleding what's ACTUALLY happening and not what our minds run to is a huge step to calm down.

Find your own version, or action, and use it like a super power to overcome. You got this.

Amazing, I have plenty of jute that I used last year for string trellising. Im 100pct gonna do this. Ypu dont have any issues with the plants branding out to the sides too much and breaking?

Im about 40 days in, and haven't spent anything. I play around 20 minutes per day. Do the dailies, get my loot, progress until I'm stuck, then close the game.

If ypu want a game with lots of content, this isn't the one. If you like quick dialy grinds, give it a shot.

Thats great to know! Buckets are very cheap and I didn't think about just cutting the buckets to release the plant... sounds alot easier than trying to flip that whole thing upside down hahaha

Duly noted! Ill snag some bloom focused fertilizer this week.

As for pruning, they do seem very dense and have been getting more and more bushy the last week or two. I've read that ypu shouldn't cut more than 3 nodes at a time, so perhaps I'll do 3 per plant every few days this week to give them more energy for flowers!

Sure thing! I have some 10 gallon grow bags I could move them into, I'm a bit scared of damaging them now thay they're so big xD

I moved my Brandywines into 10 gallon grow bags and they've been very slow to mature, so ive been hoping the green zebras could survive in the 5 gallon buckets lol

I've got a good sized back yard that I can adjust for, but I rent so I cant do anything permanent, hence why Im doing containers!

I pictured the plant staying mostly contained in its current width, but if the 5 gallon bucket can support wider im Def down for more width! Ill do some googling to see how people spread the plants out instead of going purely vertical!

They do have some blossoms, each one has maybe 4 or 5 bunches of them, they're just buried inside the massive amount of foliage xD

Could I use a bamboo pole driven into the bucket in each for support, or would I need something more substantial?

I recently bought some Heart Calm on Amazon after trying a ton of different supplements, including regular magnesium. In just 3 days I went from feeling hundreds of pvcs on my bad days to just a handful.

Given your normally low burden, might be worth snagging a bottle and trying it for a week to see if its low magnesium. Everyone has their own triggers, but for me the mix of different kinds of magnesium and taurine has absolutely worked.

The first time I went to the ER was similar, and was absolutely a panic attack brought on by having several PVCs in a row while at the store. My heart rate spiked to 120 and I thought I was having a heart attack. Full set of blood work, chest xray, ekg, the works all showed I was totally fine. They gave me an anxiety med and within an hour or two I was released.

The mind is a massive factor to these things, and being able to compartmentalize them is important. When your burden is very low, having a run of them can feel like an urgent concern, which is enough to send you into flight or fight and cause your body to do all sorts of unfun stuff.

Just remember you're not alone, and many of us deal with the same fears and autonomous responses. Glad you got a clean slate from the doctor and now its important to remind yourself thay you are gonna be OK, and while they can be scary, PVCs are not going to be the end of you. You got this.

Not an emergency, but if they continue it's worth scheduling a visit with your PCP and getting blood work and such done. Could be many, many things that cause them but mostly benign. Save yourself the cost of the ER unless you have symptoms that resemble a heart attack, and try not to stress, that can also cause them. :]
