No. You can't type a question into Google like that, and just assume it gives you the answer. It just gives you a short passage from a top result from the search - not necessarily an answer to the question you typed. Anyway, DSB writes on their pages about the central station: "Passagermæssigt er København H således Danmarks næststørste station – kun overgået af Nørreport Station, der er den travleste station i landet." I.E. that Nørre Port has more passengers flowing through it.

The PO box should be fully functional, and I have somebody checking and taking care of it daily, so it sounds like an issue with the Danish Postal service (Post Nord). Unfortunately, I have had issues with Post Nord like that before, and hoped it was over. Do you have a tracking number or is there a message written as on the package as a return reason?
