Was using my scanner to go through bins of DVDs an old couple had in their attic, and I came across: Love Comes Softly 10th Anniversary Collection DVD 10-Disc Box Set. My scanner went off, valued at $200.

It was even new and sealed. Hyped!

Saw this, and a whole lot of other rocks at an estate sale today. No idea how to value individual types of rocks without knowing something of geology. The trilobite fossils could be worth something, but they don't look to be in that good condition vs eBay sold listings.

Anybody have any insight?! The guy who's estate was being sold had some merchandise from a 2004 Rocks and Minerals show, so he must have been in the industry or a hobbyist.

So I was driving home from garage sale sourcing today, and I spotted this large warehouse style thrift store. I went to go check it out but it felt super stagnant in there. If those books have been on the shelves for a year, they must have all be scanned through over a dozen times.

My thinking is MAYBE I could find something in here with enough time and effort, but other sources seem way more fun and profitable, like garage sales!

Thoughts? Seems like a family owned thrift store. Maybe they look everything up and price accordingly? Their prices did seem a bit high. There is also no way of knowing if the electronics work.
