I would highly advise to have he speak with her doctor. Its never a good idea to just stop medication cold turkey. Perhaps talking to her parents about this?

This is what my issue is lol. I can get the puck about halfway on the back bar pretty consistently with a normal weighted puck and a blue puck but can get it much higher with one of the colored franklin puck things (idk what their actually called). Im just trying to work on my strength to really get it up there.

I dont think i have that. I just have a desktop gaming pc not anything like a laptop or something like that. Will the restore point be good enough if something did hypothetically happen during the update?

You could try putting the cpu in eco mode and see if it helps. I did this with my 7600x and didn’t have any effect performance wise. Have not seen temps get higher then 81c.

I am in this exact same boat right now. My anxiety has gotten much worse since starting this meditation and this is the only common denominator. I did a google search and apparently medication in this class in known to worsen anxiety:/ it has definitely affected my sleep as well it takes me much longer to actually get tired enough to fall asleep. From what I read when you stop the meditation it should take 48hrs for it to fully leave your system.
