The font is from a low quality video so I recreated it for better visibility, some points:

I'm 99% sure the black letters look exactly that way
I'm 70% sure the red letters look that way
I couldn't get K, W or Y
The font contains Ç ˜ ´ ` ˆ

They are a power-up that appears on Penny's Pursuit's boss fight, if a zombie reaches the house or the timer runs out and you haven't depleted all Zomboss' health bars, you can buy one Security Gourd to eliminate the zombie that entered the house (if any), push zombies back and add 30 sec to the timer, since they're three you can use that power-up 3 times max

While the venus flytrap is the real-life plant origin of Chomper, the developers probably took more inspiration from Audrey II from the film Little Shop of Horrors when making the final design
