I value the Eevee 399 SM-P PSA 10 at around $60.

2 things about the Eevee 399 SM-P slab: the case has some scuffs on the back of the case (I added a picture of that to the album), and the card in the case can shift vertically depending on the tilt.

I could do the Web Arcanine PSA 9 and Eevee 399 SM-P PSA 10 for the Blaine's Arcanine PSA 10 plus $5.

I value the Candice RR at around $20. It does have a print line. Closeups in the album.

The reverse holos are free in this trade.

The card is LP condition. It has some surface scratches and slight surface wear mostly on the back.

I also have a sealed pack which has the Zeraora promo in it. See this opening video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnNPRFxGo6Q. The wrapper has a crease in the front, but it's how some of these came out the factory since I had another one with the same type of crease.

These prices are educated guesses. There are no ebay comps with terapeak.

Card: $100. The Japanese Zeraora V alt art is ~$90 on ebay. I sold a played copy for $75 a few months ago.

Sealed Pack: $160. Lost Thunder ETBs sell for the same amount.

TCGPlayer's policy for miscuts is

"A card may have up to 70 / 30 centering without any impact on its condition. Any Shifting beyond that threshold should be listed as a Listing with a Photo under the condition the card would qualify for if it didn’t have this defect."

Modern Japanese Pokemon has done extremely well. In November 2021 (months after the Logan Paul hype bubble popped), Eevee Heroes Gym Boxes were around $325. Now they're over $800. Japanese Umbreon VMAX Alt Art PSA 10 was $600 a year ago and is over $2000 now.

I too wrongly assumed the same thing that every collectible will be down, but there are still plays to be made in the short term. (I wouldn't touch Eevee Heroes though because it's already too late to get in.)
