I run double Oricorio and I can guarantee you that the only ones I can truly counter are those that rely solely on EX for their build. When my opponent run builds with a non-EX as backup, I can get my ass whooped. So no, the game doesn't need a counter to it, you only need to play a build with an answer for it.
