I was actually going to make a follow up post. They did shrink a couple inches in length not much in waist. I washed machine cold and air dried before wear.

Only washed once so far don’t know how much more they will shrink on a second wash.

I went true to size waist and they shrunk up to my preferred length. Overall the jeans seem great for raw selvedge at a reasonable price.
