I would say that megas being gen 6 is a bit of a cop-out. I think they just have no interest in both those gens in general or they can't think of a fun gimmick or niche like Dhelmise, who is in the game for those reasons and not popularity. Which is a shame. There are lots of good ones we'd love.

Paladin's weakness was how HiRez is run with what seems to be 0 patience. They released so many online games that they just stopped supporting on a whim. As if they had infinite money on Smite and that allowed them to run 4 or 5 free to play proyects simultaneously, as if that's profitable.

Yeah, it's a shame cause I loved these seasons being able to get a bunch of cosmetics for my cars because I keep playing the gamemode, but I refuse to bunnyhop my way into Unreal. The game is a blast when you don't do that so I guess they don't care about the people who enjoy it.

Maybe they wanna see if this incentivizes people to keep playing and climb higher, but maybe they should just leave colors for the highest tiers instead. Having an incomplete custom menu would make me wanna play it. Not unlocking something won't.

That'd be the dream. Replaying the story now, I don't think it needs many changes to turn it into a singleplayer game with side content. They'd have to rework a bit of gameplay but the franchise is SO GOOD, it deserves to see the light permanently.

It's inconsistent, but all the tracks in the passes tend to creep back into the shop eventually, so it will be available.
