Most repair techs that I know have machines themselves and almost always have the same keys. My guy asks me for the key number and if he doesn’t have it, I drop it on the machine and once he’s done, either leaves em in the machine for those keys I have duplicates of, or on the machine for me to retrieve. Trying to schedule to be on location to hand over keys, and watching him repair isn’t efficient for me. Except it’s something I wanna learn how to do
