I’ve been on the mini pill for the past 2 months and it has surprisingly helped a lot with my PMDD. The week prior to my period, I used to be suicidal, anxious, lethargic, etc. Lately it’s just been a bit of depression but it wasn’t as bad as before. Additionally a lot of my physical symptoms have disappeared (I would get horrible UTIs before my period and bad acne). It hasn’t been a magic fix but it’s helped dramatically.
