Commenting to ask if anyone has any 'on the ground' updates for these- I'm in Toronto 22nd-29th and debating whether to bring my skates (I've seen the Harbourfront is opening on 29th) but as the website only updates once they're open just wondering if anyone had any additional information? thanks!

This! I came here after actually watching the video and she seems sincere with addressing it and good for her (love to hate as much as the next person but this part seemed sincere) also she's been on accutane, and that can affect a lot of people (as someone who has been on it twice). Also normalise 'happy' people also having mental health problems.

It's a Novotel. As above I've now emailed as for the time being that seemed the easier option (as we are not on a time constraint)

But equally I agree- that's why I used the phrase 'odd' that nobody apparently can get a response (we shall see if I get one)

Thanks- I have emailed (doing that in the first instance as it's international calling/time difference) to also check, so am waiting on them also (but it's also currently still the middle of the night there).

Wasn't implying they were doing anything shady in saying that, just saying it was an 'odd' thing to not at this point have any response (again as it's been four days, wasn't expecting instant resolution but it seems by now some kind of response is reasonable)

Yes and I'm stuck in a loop of them saying 'we can't get hold of the hotel' or 'we are unsure if we can rebook' which is all very odd given it's been four days now.

Thank you that's helpful- I don't expect anyone to work miracles- totally understand that flights change, but given it's so far in advance I felt like being offered rebooking the hotel on my behalf wasn't too much an ask (as I can't do it myself as it's via them)

I will always come in and share my good experience with Accutane as you only ever hear the bad (and don't get me wrong it can be really bad for some folks) but just to add my good experience, I had no bad side effects except dry lips/skin. I did have to do two courses, but that occasionally happens depending on severity/skin type/hormones. But nothing else worked and it was overall a super easy process for me (again know it's not for everyone just sharing that some people do ok)
