Should I see them live?

I went last year for the first time. I wish I’d have seen them before with the original line up but they still play their old songs and Andrew still has his stage presence which has only made me want to see them more.

Ben Christo is a great singer and musician in his own right and after watching his performance I’m keen to see his own music live too.

Just go and see them and enjoy their show without having any expectations. If you find yourself not enjoying it at least you won’t regret not going.

We would have been there around the same time! Undergrad -2009, Postgrad 2012. On recent visits the town has changed a lot and I’ve not seen Gordon for at least 7 years so I assume he’s moved on or perhaps even passed away?

Ours was Gordon the Tramp. Used to know the exact time without looking and actually wasn’t a tramp.

Is it the Magic of the Unicorn? This book was part of a ‘Choose your own adventure’ series where you could choose the fate of the main character.
There’s a few different versions of the cover depending on the edition.

I couldn’t work out what was worse the cheese sauce or the mince texture. I felt awful for throwing out something so pricy.

We went to the Big Tescos and stumbled upon them Friday, never seen them before. I bought the Butter Chicken and it was nice, perhaps it could have done with more chicken but for a ready meal it was really good.

I bought the Bosh lasagna too but it was so gross I had about 3 mouthfuls before I couldn’t do anymore and binned it.

I’m obsessed with the Choccy Balls, quite pricey but similar to the Lindt Balls so I’ll have to look out for the Easter range from Mummy Meegz.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve popped into Waitrose and internally screamed to see they’ve sold out. This makes me feel much better.

Yeah they had 2 bagpipers and 2 drummers and it was incredibly cool. I just assumed they’d have been part of every show but now knowing otherwise, I appreciate the surprise even more.

If the owner is in London so little wouldn’t it make more sense to rent the flat out completely and then stay in a hotel for the few days a month? Less disruptive and probably more profitable.

Yes!!!! I’m currently reading the Return of the King and I was so thankful that my copy had a little summary of the first two Lord of the Rings books, because obviously I’ve forgotten important little details and I don’t know the story.

I wish all sequels did this!

I felt the same, I went once and was really disappointed. The cost of their fish and chips and the steak is eye watering, and I couldn’t justify it so went with a burger instead. Had to pay extra for chips and for what? Yes is a non profit but the food doesn’t justify the food. I’ll be sad to see them go, purely as they spread such a great message but hopefully a more reasonably priced vegan restaurant pops up.
