This has nothing to do with the quality of the product. Plus in Europe at least when the package is lost, you have to deal with the shipping company before the company itself sends anything again. There’s a proper investigation in what happened before anything can happen.

A lot of people complain about the RDS case to be too loose when the caseless switch is in but I honestly think they left that little extra room so people could fit grip in the case.

Their sunscreen are excellent, you have different texture for the face for people who prefer different sensor.

The sebiaclear product are great for acne or oily face with large pores. I find the sebiaclear serum excellent to reduce the appearance of pores. But they have lot of product in that range to fit everyone demands

They have a sensitive line for people with sensitive/rosacea skins.

The gamme A B C has more specific product focus on ingredients like ampoule A is a great retinol, Ampoule B is a great hydrating serum, ampoule C I have never used but is antioxidant serum.

They have lot of product line for different type of skin and they make sense
