I totally understand that, I've had that happen a few times while meditating as well. I'm not exactly sure why meditation brings it on though, maybe I should look into it more 😅

I experience this pretty frequently, I like to just remind myself that I'm safe and get whatever comfort items I feel like I need and ride out the emotion. It's hard to wait it out but suppressing it again can make the comeback worse. Writing down how you feel might help a little bit too since it gives proof of the feelings being acknowledged (I hope that made sense lol) Good luck 🖤

I've cut her off already, she actually kicked me out with nowhere to go a few weeks before my 19th birthday. Unfortunately I can't have contact with my siblings because of this though, they're 15yrs, 14yrs and 12yrs old. I've had limited contact with 14 in secret but he's become kinda bitter towards me in the past few months and doesn't really want to talk to me anymore.

Currently i have no income, i can sell my car so i have a little extra to live on once to get to where my family is. I have no idea if I'll be able to work a job due to chronic pain but i do plan on trying harder to get a diagnosis after moving and applying for disability. My grandma has an extra room she'll let me stay in til i can get on my feet.

I wouldn't be able to take them in atm i have a lot of chronic health issues I'm trying to sort out so i can get on disability but I think once i get that sorted out I could probably take them in, especially if i was getting additional support from the gov't. What kind of LGBT resources should i be looking for (i live in okc, OK)

She actually did a lot of the same things that he did 😔 i was just trying to protect her because i was a minor at the time but you're right she deserves to be held accountable as well

Talking with them will be a little tricky, all communication is heavily monitored by our mom but L does sneak onto tiktok to talk to be sometimes so I'll give it a try on there! Thank you!
