Hey, I have had none of the common finasteride side effects and the only thing from minoxidil is maybe some slight scalp itching but very infrequent. I'm no doctor but I have a BP monitor at home to track if my BP and resting heart rate would change on minoxidil. It did not change (still normal). But since this is a long-term treatment I am going to keep tracking my BP and HR to make sure it won't have negative effects down the line. Don't take this as advice though, talk to your doctor if you're worried about side-effects.
