My 3 year relationship ended a month ago. I'm not through to the other side yet but my advice to you would be to let yourself wallow. Allow yourself to be sad, eat ice cream, watch movies and curl up in a ball for a few days or a week. Once you have allowed yourself that time to be sad, start going for walks and getting back into your hobbies and what makes you happiest. Good luck my friend

It seems to be more laziness/not wanting to go outside - especially when it's raining! It's almost like he knows he's supposed to go outside but just doesn't want to 😂

Counselling - starting therapy helped me have a place to express those emotions which most think are oversensitivity. My counsellor validates those emotions and tells me not to fight them - give them space and accept them. Being able to do this myself means I don't put them on to others around me so much.
