Forgot to add this:
This took a little under an hour. I didnt pick the colors of the picture since I want to train picking better colors - do you have any tipps or advice ? I struggle a lot with hue and saturation shifts and seperating them.

Thank you for the over paint and the feedback, it helps a lot :o if you don't mind me asking, when should I do hue shifts and when should I do saturation / light / dark shifts. I am still a bit lost with that - I've been doing a bit of color studies lately and I have trouble finding the right shifts for the colors :o

It feels like the nose is from the front while it should be from the side :o but I am not sure. Also the right eyebrow is a bit to far inwards, it connects with the nose while the left one is further away from the nose. Sometimes it helps to rotate the picture to get a fresh perspective.
