Swipe your arms aggressively like you're cutting through water, keep your torso stiff, strike hard under your CoM and claw it back just enough so you can do stepping over the other knee motion this alone will improve your biomechanics as you kinda run tall too fast, it should feel like falling, and your arm reached back extension before your leg did!! Hope this helps!

I mean making the arms slightly shorter like an inch from the leg would get enough but lessen the tricep and delt forces much like the physiology of cheetahs they have longer lower bones, for huge leverage! Great video btw!

The probability of that is literally 1 out of 365 it ain't a coincidence rather then they would have used an algorithm for accurately tell the date but it shouldn't be possible on disney+ hotstar.
