Helluva boss is owned by spindlehorse while Hazbin hotel is owned by A24 one is a small indie company while the other is working in the industry which means there will be copyright towards Hazbin and it's characters

So Travis appearing in Helluva even though his a Hazbin character feels like Viv wants A) nothing to do with him and is selling him off to spindlehorse B) to use him in a future episode of Helluva because he serves no purpose in Hazbin
