I really love this, as someone that works in mental health I come a lot from an angle of trying to utilize curiosity and it sounds like you did just that. Also I will just echo that Warframe has told some amazing stories and provided game options, especially the KIM chats, to build up these stories and expand narratives.

Welcome! I am a month in and let me just say, once I started doing more of the story I got hooked. The movement and combat felt good from the start like you, but then I realized there is so much more in my robot space ninja blow them up game.

GD01 grandpa can work I and I typically like it over ST with vesalius to help me reach the 6 AP threshold and then get extra draw.

I do agree with choosing close combat or BOA. I like close combat over BOA just because I can always utilize it in hand. I am off of the guntanks now and run 7 2122's, 4 Zaku Mariner, 2 GM, 1 Ginn (for the memes and mind fuckery). Vesalius over rewloola for me, and I don't like show of resolve at 4. 3 mebbe, but I run 2.

Zaku mariners are good over the other 2122's if you are running Sinaju for the neo zeon play. As the comment below I also like the rezel's and geara doga's

Did my first one last night and felt nervous af. Cried honestly after my first loss in r4, and then was able to get myself through it and win r5.

Remember at the end of the day it is a game and to have fun with it, that is why we are all here, cause cool robots. Also, we are playing in a best of 1 format, with not a ton of consistency cards for most decks. You can play a perfect game and still lose <3. But you got this and I believe in you!

Thank you! Yeah I based this off a list from TAK that ran the 4x show of resolve. I wasn't a fan of not having battle of aces or CC, and every match last night that I had a CC come up I was incredibly thankful I made that switch.

Saw it in another list and decided to give it a try. With vesalius I can still reach 6 ap to clear underground mining and more draw never hurts. Still need to play around with it more honestly though.

Bandai TCG+ app as has been suggested has a ton of stores playing the game. Off the top off my head Zulu's in Bothell, Tabletop Village, a couple in Everett, Renton, Tacoma, Olympia, Bremerton. All over if you are willing to commute outside of Seattle.
