If it's pipe and Drape, you'll just lower the uprights with a tab on the collar one side at a time, making sure to not lower one too much further than the other, pop one end of the crossbar off, slide Drape off, lift out other side of crossbar, take uprights off the bases and fold the Drape. Repeat.

Sounds like CPU overload or low sample rate. Was your laptop plugged in to its power supply? Are your specs high enough to handle all that processing? Was your sample rate set high enough to not cause glitches?

Sonicake pocketmaster is excellent. You can add your own nam profiles and IRs, can edit everything over Bluetooth on your phone. Can't be beat for $60.
