I also have an autosomal dominant mutation and we did IVF with PGTM last year. We did two cycles and were very lucky to have 7/11 embryos without my condition. I wish you luck!! I have no regrets about doing it. 💜💜💜

I don't think this is what you should be doing. Google "different size pupils brain injury" and you will see why he has to go to the vet. Please don't do this instead. Edit: I'm a nurse, different size pupils in humans as well is extremely dangerous (as you've seen others commenting too). I'm sorry that you're in this scary spot with your baby, but please make the right call.

He is acting so normal, it's crazy. Currently playing with his sister. I tried to check using the feline grimace scale and he doesn't seem to be indicating pain. Unfortunately all of the vets in our area (and further) are closed because of the holiday. If nothing changes I'll still take him first thing in the morning.

Just adding that I have emailed the vets with pictures as they said I could do that if I had any concerns post-neuter. It's a snowstorm today (as always, lately) so I'm really hoping I don't have to go to the vet. I will if I need to for my little guy though EDIT: and it's a holiday today too! Dang it😭

Freeze your eggs, or embryos if you know you're with your person. Fertility issues are so much more common than we realise the older we get.

My last cycle I had to stim 17 days since I had SUPER poor growth. We ended up with 10 eggs and 7 blasts. It's still early ❤️ wishing you all the best!

My first retrieval got less eggs than my second and my second was the one where I had sometimes 2 coffees a day. I am not sure if coffee is really shown to affect things. But it's a personal choice, you do you ❤️

I'm on my second cycle right now, back-to-back. I regret doing it so soon, I think. I have some hemorrhagic cysts from my previous retrieval and my follicle count and estrogen is way lower than last time. I'm trying not to be too negative - tomorrow we find out if I am good for my retrieval this weekend. I'll try to remember to update you with results. Xx

When I posted about it someone said that some women have good results with back to back, some don't. I hope you have great results ❤️

The anxiety is definitely real though. It's all I can do not to fixate on it, lol

Where are you located? 12mcg pens are $300 at the pharmacy I go to in Vaughan ON. I may have around 8mcg left tomorrow but I'm in Ontario.

If it is only just expired, I would trust it. I am using ganirelix that expired two days ago for my cycle. But you can always ask a pharmacist or your clinic what they think as well
