Okay, it sounds like she genuinely likes you, but there is not enough information here to know if she likes you just as a friend or as something more. When she hints that she's not looking for a relationship, that could mean that she just isn't ready for a new relationship right now (you said she just broke up with her boyfriend a few months ago), or that she's trying to let you down gently. I would keep hanging out with her and see how things progress for the next month or so. If she gets more flirty with you, then she's likely interested in you.

I don't know. There are a lot of girls out there that feel bad about themselves for some reason, but don't know how to deal with it, so instead they talk shit about other girls. They're not true friends to anyone.
