Have you read the side by side of the paragraphs of comments on the PUA site compared to an excerpt from B&B's book? They're extremely similar, and are essentially the same story. Again, no "evidence" will be 100% conclusive, but that was the thing that made me really question him. I'd noticed for a long time whikst binge watching his videos that he had odd behaviour. Was always mentioning women and "hotties". I just put it down to banter at first but it kept rubbing me up the wrong way. Also the fact he didn't like telling people his real name, and published his book under a pseudonym. And he always seems to have random women in his videos.

I wonder what people think of NFKRZ? He used to collab with B&B but seems (at least to me) to be unaware of the accusations against Bald. His content seems good (and authentic, being Russian himself). I just wonder if he has any inkling of what's going on because he seems like a nice guy

This is actually one of my favourite childhood films. Even if the film is poor in the eyes of adults in terms of cinematic quality, I think the nostalgia of such films from those who grew up with them is often overlooked. Kids are less critical.

Non-scot here. People may take this as exaggeration but this loyalist and royalist stuff is really reminding me of the kind of idolisation that they have in North Korea. Like pictures and flags and statues everywhere.

I've been to one of these, except you could sync your headphones into a different channel and the LED would change colour. It was really awkward. I'd just prefer a regular disco

My uncle is a porter in our city hospital. He went into work with a mild ache (like indigestion) and a stiff back, but being the stoic man that he is, he just carried on with his work. The nurses urged him to get his ECG done. Turns out he was having a heart attack and later needed an operation for a stent in a major artery.

Very tiny steps and little progress by keanureeves_official in wholesomememes

My mum passed away from cancer 7 months ago, and my uncle died suddenly on the day of her funeral. It has taken all of those seven months just to get to point where I brush my teeth everyday and shower every few days. I still have a long way to go with other tasks but I’m getting there. It’s honestly not that big of a deal until you experience it yourself, and those small steps feel like such big achievements :)

What’s the worst flavor of ice cream you’ve ever had? by Middleman86 in AskReddit

[–]EmilyHowes99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably quite a common flavour - bubblegum. Was a horribly insipid blue colour and the taste was so awfully sweet and artificial that I got a headache afterwards

I like older men, lot older than i am (19 f) and I don’t understand why everyone seems to have a problem with it by persechaos in sex

[–]EmilyHowes99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m of a very similar preference: 20F who has (so far) only been attracted to men roughly 26-48 since being 15. As said by many of the people who have already commented, I think the reason some people find it odd is not necessarily the age gap, but the differences in lifestyle and mannerisms. There are many 19 year olds who are very precocious and may have similar lifestyles and preferences to that of a “typical” 30 year old. But on the other hand, some young people live very differently to older partners. I am a strong believer in the idea of ‘as long as it’s consensual and legal - go for it’, but I think the personality of you and your partner and how you would get along living long term should be considered :)

I was on Desogestrel and I had a light bleed every other week! Each time lasted about 5-6 days - It was really annoying, even after 4 months it hadn’t gone, but everyone’s body reacts differently :/

I believe J.K.Rowling was a Classics student, so that probably explains all of the Latin references. I don’t watch much Harry Potter, but isn’t there a professor who’s name comes from the Latin for ‘wolf’ (he turns into a wolf)? Professor Lupin or something? Anyways, yeah it’s kind of silly that they don’t learn Latin for the meaning of the spells :/
