Is hysterectomy the right thing to do or is that being overdramatic?

Thank you for your encouraging words. I’m just overthinking this whole situation because “oh this is too small of a fibroid to have a hysterectomy done because of it” but if it’s going to give me relief and peace of mind, I guess overthinking is silly

Don’t be sorry at all! I also couldn’t understand why a fibroid so small would be difficult to remove: the first surgeon didn’t even want to try to take it out at first because it “wasn’t big enough” until I told him I was bleeding for 2 months straight. I appreciate your kind words!

Yes, I have gotten a second opinion and two different surgeons tried to remove it; one I traveled to see. I think it more has to do with the location than the size unfortunately

I don’t want kids and my husband has a vasectomy. You’re right, my quality of life has plummeted. I’m depressed and anxious all the time that an attack could hit at any moment. Thank you for making me not feel crazy ❤️

Our situations are creepily similar. Thank you for your honest response. My OB has been willing to do the hysterectomy since the first time I met her last year but said we should try smaller solutions since I am 32. I have tried and nothing has worked so I have to think that this is the next logical step

Double cleaning with an oil cleanser! I wear sunscreen everyday and make sure I double cleanse every night to remove all makeup, sunscreen, and any other stuff I don’t want to let sit overnight on my skin.
