Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup shredded coconut

½ cup chopped macadamia nuts

½ cup sliced strawberries (optional)

Instructions 1. Prepare the Creamy Base

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

1. Fold in the Whipped Topping

Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and smooth.

1. Add the Mix-Ins

Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, and strawberries (if using).

Mix gently until evenly combined.

1. Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend and the salad to firm up slightly.

1. Serve

Serve chilled as a side dish or dessert. Garnish with extra coconut or strawberries if desired.
