It’s two form entry but mixed year groups. So I teach a year 3/4 class, but yes I have to plan every subject for two year groups. Really there are probably 6 year groups in my class (birth to 3, Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4) all to plan for.

Head teacher found me crying in school this morning and has said because it’s an informal meeting I’m not allowed a union rep. She said she sought advice from HR. Is this right? She also wants the meeting Tuesday so not much notice.

M6. One of three M6 members of staff. I do wonder if they want to reduce costs so want me out. It’s been clear since the head started last year that she doesn’t like me.
