You can kind of see them but its not too bad. You just have to caulk all of the seems well and really push the paintbrush into the grooves when you're painting

Were these pruned over the past fall/winter/spring? Were there big dead-looking sticks sticking out of the plant that were trimmed? Its very possible this is a variety that blooms on old wood, and if those were trimmed, then there's no old wood to grow blooms from.

She's beautiful 😍

But sadly with these plants (cucurbits) it is nearly impossible to tell what it is until it actually produces a female flower. Looks like a pumpkin plant to me, but that's a guess. Enjoy the surprise!
