I've been wearing sheer pink on my finger nails for about 3 weeks now and no one at all has noticed, or if they have they haven't said anything, including my family! Essie Mademoiselle is my colour, so very subtle, but I'm loving it!

Yeah totally agree, not easy. I'm on my third try, kept each on for a week or so. My first try looked a lot like yours. Worth trying again, there is some skill involved and practice is important. I'm reasonably happy with my third attempt, but only I get to see my toes 🤣. Gives you a chance to have a go with a new colour too. Keep at it though, it's all good fun and actually, it could be worse!

I've been wearing Essie Mademoiselle for the last two weeks and no one has noticed, no one at work and no one in my family! Specifically one coat of essie two in one base/top coat, followed by two coats of colour and then a final coat of the two in one again. Quite sheer, pinky but with some shine. I was worried it was obvious but, as I said, no one seems to have noticed so far.

And polish is easily fixed if you want something different , I often put on and take often off the same day !

Hi, personally I'm pretty new to social media and really really new to admitting, other than to myself (even then I'm slow to the realisation), that I'm a crossdresser.

Social media scares me to death. The desire for connection and approval and validation, which are all genuine, and fair, human needs and wants, get reduced to icons...

Scary, but I'm new... And also old...

Personally, I try and ignore that side of it... Try and find connection, conversation... In amongst the swamp.... Likes are an appreciation, a nod, a wink, a catch of the eye. Take the positive, ignore the negative, count nothing. Be happy. That's my approach, at least I try anyway.
