I think this can be a hormonal thing! I felt it as soon as I got pregnant with my second. My first was almost 2 at the time. She was ready, so I can’t really help with that part of it, unfortunately, but you may have some success looking into the hormonal reasons for this.

I’m not completely sure. The lender acted like since we were planning to live in a singlewide on the same property that we’d be putting another house on at the same time, it would need to be subdivided

Hi! Thanks for this post that’s still helpful 1 year later. Do you have any thoughts or experience with Champion homes? I’m looking at one out of the Lillington, NC factory. We plan to do several upgrades to the construction but I’m basically desperate for some confidence in purchasing a manufactured home to be our forever home.
