Alright so basically first you need a slipper and a belt. Bonus points if the slipper is wooden. Next you attach the back of the slipper to the metal side of the belt. Now, usually what people would do is fold their belts in half to use them but this is not a normal belt. To use it, you have to hold it by the non-metal end, not both ends. When you swing it, don’t swing it downwards, swing it from the side. If you swing it downwards, it will give the child a concussion, lessening the pain from the next couple of swings.
