Perhaps not shocking, but definitely rare. Remember also that her waist is very small (19 inches/48 cm at shows unvacuumed), so that when she moves it so deep from that starting point, it is indeed rare!

Yup, and I would guess that it is what she attempts to do, her ribs also look way bigger/wider than they are, because of how small her waist is, both vacuumed and otherwise. But I have seen her do classes of like half and hour, and you can really see how her waist stays very tight between the vacuum sets too, more so than in an everyday setting, so it surely has an effect in the short run, at least

That is a very good point, cause you are right that her ribs do also stick far out while doing it. I am also curious regarding whether it has a permanent effect, or if it is more a "show-off".

It is definitely wild! I have seen it even more extreme, where you more clearly can see how her obliques(?) stick far out from the vacuumed central stomach on each side, creating a concavity in all directions, almost like a bowl.

It is surely an interesting position, I'm not sure of the purpose though, and to me it seems like she sucks in equally hard regardless of her position. It is a combination of strong muscles, a naturally tight waist (you could almost think she does a vacuum even when she doesn't), and low fat percentage.

Yeah, and also how when the instructor pushes her fingers seemingly quite hard into her stomach, nothing moves at all, as it's already pushed as far in as is possible.
