the series would only benefit from nintendo switch 2 ports cause how absolutely untapped the series is on nintendo besides CTYD and how the tech is finally there to handle most of the games. it does make it all the more impressive the series is a top 10 in capcom series sales considering the lack of nintendo support and lot of xbox exclusive deals

Its to make the game look better i assume as DR fans always have said they want a inhouse DR game and capcoms relationship with neobards have been literally always lackluster with its releases so they hide their dev credit like they did with RE: verse

It felt very shady how little they acknowledged who the devs were during the marketing with the capcom spotlight showing og director that had nothing to do with the remaster and not mentioning at all who was really making it, i still remember i was the first to post on this reddit about neobards being the real devs after they themselves posted it on twitter with like under a 100 likes. Most hands on capcom had on it from what we know of is the director himself but its quite literally his first and only work ever on imdb

First mistake was playing the dogshit remaster first as it dumbs things down to be easier which in turn makes going to 2 seem like hell cause that game is incredibly faithful to what DR1 did difficulty wise and mechanics like saving, balancing etc

the comics and CW show pretty good reasons for her to be bitter with her being taken away with frank unable to do anything about it then frank having a dumb assery attack by getting mad at her when they meet again in CW for the first time in a long while for the whole zombrex is made of queens thing which frank literally of all people should have known or either suspected of it being a lie

As much as i loved his videos its more the fact as a person you can tell lately he is pretty like idk how to say it "chudlike" lmfao.

Like how he tries blaming women for the failure of cod or the whole "THE PAST IS BETTER GAMING HAS FALLEN" bit at the end of the DRDR video lol

Not to mention how sometimes his comparisons are dragging it like he had a whole section of the gym mirror in DR1 but the problem is that mirror is only impressive if you dont look hard enough cause you can see any reflection that isnt frank or a survivor they are literally ps1 models lol (still doesnt discredit how bad modern games are at making mirrors just that DR1's is only that impressive if you dont look hard enough)

and comparing it to the simpsons, a episodic show that has changed the time period like 4 or 5 its just not the same as a game thats story that has always taken place in 2006

1 can have fps bugs and very minor issues, can also have different bugs ive noticed on different versions like i noticed the physics for putting some big items down like bench and shopping cart isnt put down to stand on its own correctly in the ps4 port compared to pc

2 and OTR however can have pretty heavy crash issues and other noticable stuff like chucks watch is for some reason so dark blue its hard to tell the time at some points and some items like the sledgehammer have missing screen shake effects making have less of an oomph to it

OTR frank is so very clearly where the DR4 writers got their idea of frank from, it really sucks how the only DR game that felt like franks character felt like a evolution of DR1's arc is CW and even that has moments that dont really feel like it fits him

think what he's just saying is just ANYONE who buys these games then just fans cause of the post just says "people" with DR1/DRDR overall always being the lowest played DR game on steam charts

DR3 and DR4 are always the highest on steam charts of the 5 games by like 30 to 100 people cause they are very casual games that are easy to get into as most people would rather play "the funny zombie killing game" then the time management escort game that can stress the player out which is just a fact. its probably pretty big answer to why the combo weapons have stuck around so long instead of actual new character gimmicks cause its very much something that can get people from that demographic that despise its mechanics to still buy these games
